Return Policy

Every ASCNT piece is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email hello@ascntco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, email us and we'll reship or refund your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
